Welcome to the DICTS Support Center
In order to streamline your ICT support requests and better serve the Makerere University Community, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid Makerere University (recommended) email address is required to submit a ticket.
To get started simply click "Open a New Ticket link" button on the right, or check on a previously submitted ticket by clicking "Check Ticket Status".
