In order to streamline ICT support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid Makerere(recommended) email address is required to submit a ticket.

To get started simply click "Open a New Ticket link" button on the right, or check on a previously submitted ticket by clicking "Check Ticket Status".

You can also send a direct email with your request to helpme@dicts.mak.ac.ug. It will be logged and responded to.

Many of the ICT related issues have also been addressed in our general Knowledge base. You can access it at https://answers.mak.ac.ug. Please take a few seconds to browse our knowledge base and get quick self help.
